Services and Payments

  • Individual Reiki sessions, group circles, and workshops are provided online through agreed digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Teams).

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and may change with prior notice.

  • Payment is required before the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • For corporate services, fees and conditions are determined individually by written agreement.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

  • If the practitioner must reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD):

  • Your personal data will be processed solely for scheduling, communication, and service provision purposes.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

  • You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, and opposition by emailing shaktisama.space@gmail.com

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Reiki and other holistic therapies are complementary wellness practices, not medical treatments.
The practitioner is not responsible for medical decisions or outcomes derived from the user’s interpretation of the services.
By booking a session, the user accepts full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental health.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of the owner unless otherwise indicated.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior consent is prohibited.

MODIFICATIONS

The owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on this website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes arising from this website or its services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
